How Collaborating Works on Muse

👀 Site Visibility

There are three kinds of sites on Muse:

Public Sites
- Anyone can view, available in SEO, will be available in Discover
Unlisted Sites
- Only people with the link can view
Private Sites
- Only editors and viewers that you invite can view

✏️ Site Editors

You can add up to 1 extra editor to a site for free on Muse. For additional editors the person you are adding must have a Premium Muse account.

Editors have full permission to to all the things that the site owner can do including adding and removing subpages.

👓 Site Viewers

For private sites you can add an unlimited number of viewers.

You can add viewers by email or by sending them an invite link.

Viewers can only view your content, not edit.
